  1. Added tenant sub-meter API based on Thailand's actual electricity pricing scheme.

  2. Added support for the following devices: CarloGavazzi_EM300-Series, SZStar_DLMS-SmartMeter.

  3. Fixed the issue in the new version of EneSense where solar self-consumption data was missing due to zero surplus electricity.
