①　クラウドサービスのディプロイ

実施のタイミング	リリース確定日当日任意の時間帯
有効となるタイミング	ディプロイ実施が完了すると即座に有効
リリース実施時サービスの継続性	影響を受けるサービスは各次リリース要件によって異なります。詳しい影響範囲については、2023 Production Release Date & Release Noteをご参照ください。

②　ゲートウェイファームウェア（FW）の更新

実施のタイミング	リリース確定日当日（クラウドサービスディプロイ後）若しくは翌日任意の時間帯
有効となるタイミング	ゲートウェイごとに FW の更新を行い、実施時刻は其々異なるゲートウェイは初期化の実施が完了する時刻を基準に、24時間ごとに更新すべき新しいファームウェアバージョンがあるかを検査する。新しいファームウェアバージョンが有る場合は、ゲートウェイより更新作業を行う。
リリース実施時サービスの継続性	FW 更新時に image ファイルをダウロードし、更新してから再起動を実施する FW更新及び再起動の実施は、約 1 分程度が必要です。実施期間中ゲートウェイが正常に動作できない

③　モバイルアプリバージョンの更新

実施のタイミング	リリース確定日当日 APP Store（iOS）・Google Play（Android）に審査申請を提出する
有効となるタイミング	新バージョンは審査を通ってから APP Store（iOS）・Google Play（Android）にローンチする。審査時間は APP Store（iOS）・Google Play（Android）次第となる。
リリース実施時サービスの継続性	一般のリリース：アップデートのタイミングはユーザーの判断により決定されます。重要なリリース：必須のアップデートについては、お客様に別途通知されます。サービスを継続的に利用するには、バージョンアップが必要です（※）。 ※ Anodroid / iOS v1.4.2300 以降のみ適用されます。

実施のタイミング	緊急性、重要性を判断し随時実施することがある。

①　Cloud Service Deploy

When to implement	At any time on the day of release confirmation date
When to take effect	Effective as soon as deployment is complete
Continuity of service during release	Affected services will vary according to each release requirement. For detailed scope of influence, please refer to 2023 Production Release Date & Release Note

②　Gateway Firmware (FW) Updage

When to implement	At any time on the day as the release confirmation date (after cloud service deployment) or the next day
When to take effect	FW update time of each gateway is different The gateway will check every 24 hours whether there is a new FW version that need to be updated, subject to the time when the initialization process is completed. If there is a new FW version, the gateway will update it.
Continuity of service during release	The gateway needs to download an image file to update the FW and will reboot after the update process. FW update and reboot takes about 1 minute. Please note that the gateway will not operate normally during the implementation period.

③　Mobile APP Version Update

When to implement	Submit a review application to the APP Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) on the day of the release date
When to take effect	The new version will be launched on the APP Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) after passing the review. The review time depends on the APP Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
Continuity of service during release	General Release: Timing of updates is determined by users. Critical Releases: Customers will be notified separately for mandatory updates. In order to continue using the service, a version upgrade is required (). Applies only to Anodroid / iOS v1.4.2300 or later.

When to implement	Urgency and importance may be judged and implemented as needed.

①　雲端服務佈署

實施時機	發佈確定日當天任一時段
生效時機	佈署作業實施後立即生效
發佈實施時服務的延續性	受影響的服務，將依據各次發佈需求而異。詳細影響範圍，請參考2023 Production Release Date & Release Note

②　能源閘道器韌體更新

實施時機	發佈確定日當天（Cloud 佈署後）或隔天任一時段
生效時機	以閘道器為單位進行韌體更新，每顆 GW 韌體更新時間不同閘道器將以初始化完成的時間點為準，每 24 小時檢查是否有新版韌體需進行更新。若有新版韌體需進行更新，閘道器將執行韌體更新。
發佈實施時服務的延續性	若確認需進行韌體更新，將於下載 image 檔更新後重新啟動。韌體更新、重新啟動約可於 1 分鐘左右完成。執行期間 GW 將無法正常運作。

③　Mobile APP 版本更新

實施時機	發佈確定日當天，向 APP Store / Google Play 提出申請
生效時機	新版 APP 將於 Store 審查通過後上架，正式上架時間將一劇 Store 審查狀況而有差異。
發佈實施時服務的延續性	一般版本發佈：由使用者自行決定更新時機。重大版本發佈：將另外通知客戶進行強制更新。使用者需要更新版本後，才可繼續使用服務 (※)。 ※ 僅適用於 Anodroid / iOS v1.4.2300 之後的版本。

實施時機	可能因應問題的緊急程度與重要性，隨時進行發佈
